🦵 1. Standing Forward Bend (Hamstring Stretch)

Targets: Hamstrings, lower back
Time: 30 seconds

✅ How to do it:

  • Stand tall, feet hip-width apart

  • Slowly bend forward from your hips

  • Let your head hang and reach toward your toes

Benefits: Reduces back stiffness, stretches spine and legs
